Water World Colorado is proud to introduce the Splash Pass Promise for the 2021 season! The Splash Pass Promise was created because of these uncertain times, deciding whether or not to have some fun under the sun should not be a stressful decision. Our goal is to give you confidence that we will be right here with you creating a product that will make it easier deciding to come to Water World in 2021.  The Splash Promise includes the following:

2020 Pass Extension & Thank You​

2020 Splash Pass guests have their passes automatically extended for use during the 2021 season. Applies to 2020 Splash Passes purchased on or before May 1, 2020 and did not request refund in 2020. Passes must have been paid in full or have current payments (when they resume November 1, 2020).  This group of valued pass holders also receives an invitation to an exclusive VIP park/new attraction day AND an 2021 in-park service credit as our way of saying thank you!​

Limited Splash Pass Pricing Freeze​

Guest that purchase a 2021 Splash Pass on or before October 5, 2020 will receive the same pricing as 2020 Splash Pass holders. With Alpine Springs opening in 2021, Splash Pass pricing will increase after October 5, 2020.​

Flex Pay Program​

A plan that allows you complete control and flexibility to create a monthly payment plan that suits your budget. Purchase your Preferred or Elite Splash Pass in September and your payments could be as low as $12 per month. (based on Preferred Splash Pass purchased on or before September 30, 2020)  ​

COVID Coverage​

Feel confident in your purchase.  If COVID-related issue impact the start of the 2021 season for more than 21 consecutive days, qualifying 2021 Splash Pass guests will receive an automatic Splash Pass extension into the 2022 season. Guests who experience a COVID health-related change or concern, which prohibits visiting the park for the season, may move unused passes to the 2022 season. ​

Splash Pass Wristband Information:

  • We’re excited to bring back in the fun in 2021!   While there’s still all of the same fun, your visit may look a bit different this summer so please visit our “Know Before you Go 2021“. For 2021, reservations are not required for Splash Pass Guests, however, there is a daily capacity of Splash Pass admissions (based on typical admissions).

  • Park Admission: Present your Splash Pass Wristband and matching biometric confirmation at the temporary 2021 Splash Pass Entry location (not at the main entry plaza) for park admission.  We’ll register your pass biometrics at the entry turnstile on your first park visit.  For 2021, biometric confirmation will be temporarily deactivated (in this event, a photo ID for ages 16+ would be required at entry), click here for more info.  One admission per day for the 2021 season (for registered pass holder only) and limited park re-entries per day.

    Lost or Forgotten Splash Pass Wristbands may be replaced at Guest Services for $5 (for the first replacement) and $10 for each additional replacement transaction.  A photo ID may be required.

  • Food/Merchandise/Service Discounts: When paying with the funds stored on your Preferred or Elite Splash Pass Wristband, the assigned guest receives 20% discounts* on all food, merchandise, Personal Tube Rental & Tube Valet purchases in season of issue.  You may reload your band at any Guest Service, Food Service or Merchandise location.

    *Excludes sale or clearance items. Cash out available funds at Main Entry Guest Services at any time & please use band in season of issue.

Souvenir Bottles (Elite Pass):

Only Elite Souvenir Bottles issued with a 2020 or 2021 Elite Splash Pass are eligible for free soda fills. For this season, we will fill a single-use soda cup that you can pour into your Souvenir Bottle, however, your bottle must always be presented at time of fill.  The 2019 Souvenir Bottle is no longer eligible for free fills.

Promotional Bring a Friend Free Tickets:

Free Splash Pass Bring a Friend tickets require a park reservation for the desired date of visit.  With this reservation, Bring a Friend Guests may enter at the 2021 Temporary Splash Pass Entry location.  A Splash Pass holder from the transaction which is linked to the ticket must be present when Bring a Friend Tickets are redeemed.  

Elite Splash Pass Bring a Friend Free Tickets have Early Entry privileges.

Selling or transferring of these free tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket and/or related Splash Pass without compensation. The number of tickets issued is dependent on promotional time periods and method of purchase.  See ticket for expiration date.  After printed expiration date passes, unused Bring a Friend tickets may be upgraded for $25.99+tax for park entry (available season of issue only).

Early Entry (Elite Passes only):

Early Entry allows extra time to prepare for the day! Early Entry is located at the 2021 Temporary Splash Pass Entry gate (not at the main entry plaza). Please check back for Early Entry gate location and opening time. This is the only gate that opens for Early Entry. Each guest, 40″+ must have an Early Entry enabled ticket/pass. Two attractions are open for Early Entry and could any two of the following:  The Mile High Flyer, Roaring Forks, Centennial Basin, Sunset Racer.  All other attractions will open at 10am. Attractions subject to change due to maintenance and other factors. Main Gates for all other guests open at 9:45am.

All Season Dining Option:

The All-Season Dining option provides one meal or snack per day, per pass to the assigned pass holder. Your wristbands must always be scanned at the entry turnstiles prior to use for meal benefit. Meals are available at 3 Ring Food & Drink, Thunder Bay Food & Drink, Surf’s Up Food & Drink, Coconut Point Desserts, Cowabunga Dippin Dots and Cowabunga Pizza. Choose from menu items indicated with the dining symbol. No substitutions

Some examples include:

  • Personal Pizza (pepperoni or cheese)

  • Hamburger/Cheeseburger Basket with Fries or Chips

  • Jumbo Hot Dog Basket with Fries or Chips

  • Chicken Tender Basket with Fries or Chips

Drinks are not included with meal plan redemption.  Preferred pass holders, don’t forget you can purchase a $.99 soda when paying with the funds stored on your band.  Elite Splash Pass guests, bring your Souvenior Bottle for free fills.

Splash Pass Delivery & Pickup Options:

Currently, Splash Passes orders will require advance purchase and contactless Priority Mail Delivery only.  Onsite purchase and pickup is  not available as part of our COVID-19 response.  During this time, Priority Processing is free for Preferred & Elite Passes and reduced price for Value Passes.  For guests who purchased prior to May 1, 2019 and selected “Pick Up at Park” delivery, your 2021 passes will be mailed beginning April 14th.

  • Priority Processing: If you select the contactless Priority Processing option, your pass wristbands will be delivered via US Postal Service Priority Mail, normally in up to 4-5 Postal Service working days (can only be sent to the purchasers/payment mailing address). You will receive your Splash Pass wristbands and Bring a Friend Tickets (Preferred/Elite passes only) prior to your park visit. For passes which include Souvenir Bottles, exchange your bottle voucher at Winnie’s Snack Shack on your first park visit. On your first visit to the park, head straight for the entry turnstiles (no extra stops and avoid pass pickup lines)! With Priority Processing, you will not be able to visit the park until your passes arrive by mail. 

FlexPay Installment Option (available through April):

  • You will make a down payment on the date of purchase then and remaining payments monthly through the contract term (as noted during the purchase process).  Your down payment will also include all taxes, service and delivery fees.
  • FlexPay Payment option available for pass purchases made on or before April 12th. The more months you purchase before park opening the more months you have to spread out payments!
  • FlexPay contracts are non-refundable.  See our 2021 Splash Pass Promise here.
  • Reoccurring payments will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-In Park”. If you purchased your online, your down payment will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-Online.”
  • We may elect to post charges to your credit/debit card on dates which are later than specified above.
  • You may pay off your amount due in its entirety at any time without penalty at the Main Entry Guest Services (during park operating season) or by calling Guest Services at 303-427-7873 or 303-428-7488 prior to May 15th.
  • In the event your payment fails on your scheduled payment date, we will try additional times. If payment is still unsuccessful all passes, tickets and items associated with the order will be blocked (and no park entry will be permitted) until you arrange for successful payment (please call or stop by Guest Services for assistance). We will generate an e-mail to you with failed payment and blocked pass updates. In the event your order is blocked due to unsuccessful payments, please communicate blocked pass/ticket status to all associated pass holders.
