Rain Checks

For the 2021 Season, and as a part of our COVID response plan, our traditional raincheck guidelines have temporarily changed.  The following guidelines apply to any paid, non-Splash Pass ticket used for a visit during the 2021 season and replaces any previously printed or posted raincheck guidelines:

We will close our attractions when unsafe conditions are present (as determined by Management in conjunction with our weather service). In the event of a weather interruption, we will attempt to re-open when weather conditions in our immediate area are safe to do so (we cannot guarantee ideal weather conditions).

In the event we cannot re-open our attractions, and there is more than one-hour remaining before scheduled park closing, you’ll receive a full or mid-day ticket for a return visit for the 2022 season, depending on the time of weather event). No refunds are issued regardless of time spent in the park.  There are no refunds or rain checks on incidental expenses (such as Personal Tube Rental, Tube Valet, etc).  Raincheck tickets will be delivered electronically, to the purchaser’s e-mail account, within 5 business days of visit.
